Recently my family had to farewell a loved one, my Mum's older brother Len passed away. Grieving is hard and has happened too often lately.

A year of big changes, new career, new house, grief and loss, stress and anxiety. Change is hard, and I need to stop suffering in silence.

Life is overwhelming, sometimes it's hard to function, you just have to keep going. Life is full of love, loss and everything in between.

My beautiful Nan passed away a few days ago, this is my tribute to her. I can't imagine my life without her. I love you Nan.
